Event Coverage Blue Suede Cruise-Norwalk, Ohio

Any HAMBr's going to the Blue Suede Cruise, Norwalk, Ohio, Sept 5,6, 7????

 

There is a whole gang of us from the Roadmates car club coming from Ontario. Probably 8-10 cars. Hopefully Jeff Norwell's truck will be done by then. Jeff???

 

I should be off that weekend so it is possible. We'll see........

Going to be weird though. We've been to every BSC the past 5 years, when it was just a regional show, before it went hollywood.

They've changed alot of what we're used too. Plus gotta be scared the Fonz won't like your car

I'm leaving Friday morning for the Blue Suede Cruise, planning to be there around noon.

 

I'm not going now. In the middle of moving, and no time to get away for 3 days. Maybe next year.
Actually, none of our guys are going now. One falls, they all fall. I guess.

Only moving 2 miles....
Sold the 1500 sq. ft. house with the GIANT payment, and bought a 2300 sq. ft. century home for less than 1/2 the payment.

Still no job

Living off of sub-pay and unemployment til the official plant closing date of Oct.4th, then will get full severance package 3-4 weeks after that.

So I'm car shopping and job hunting all at once.... I have a few options open to me once the severance package is paid out.

Have fun moving. Atleast it is 2 miles and not 200. Being that you were in the trades I do not think you will be underqualified for jobs when looking.

 

According to the Goodguys Gazette- No golf carts, except for disabled participants, no pets, cans or bottles, no scooters, bikes or skates. Then they list Event Scooter Rental. WTF?
