I have a model a sedan running coil overs on the rear and buggie spring on the front. When my fat a$$ gets in it she leans to my side badly.I was thinking a sway bar may help with the problem. So will it help or are there any drawbacks doing that? Thanks

Wouldn't hurt and would handle better in turns.
A lot of it is the front suspesion.
Had a 250 pound hs coach in the early
50s that had a 35 ford that listed about
6 inches when he got in.

Check your front U bolts, make sure they are still tight, also use the adjustment in your coil over shocks if they are adjustable.
For me although I have never run one, I would try for a sway bar up front, howver it would be a difficult project depending on suspension arms etc.
Check out all the other possibilities 1st.
