Has anyone heard from him lately?.I have sent him a PM, some time ago, but no reply so far.I know he has many health issues, but hope he is fine & doing ok?

 

Oh ****, bummed me out right before I head to bed.
Now that I thinnk about it, I haven't seen him post on any of the B'ville threads which is very unusal. I will call him tommorrow.

 

He hasn't been on as much as usual, getting back to his projects I think.

Seems like he did make a post within the last couple of weeks.

 

Daves a good guy, met him on the Salt in 02. I hope all is well?

 

Thanks for the reply's guy's. He & I have traded PM's & email for the last few years & met him in 2006 at the salt.Hoped to see him again this year, but never got a reply if he was going or not. He is pretty got at reply's, so that has me concerned this time.Denise, let us know what you find out.

 

I looked for his number, I thought I had it but I don't.

 

I've sent him an email. I'll check & see if I have his number...don't think I do.

 

Just got an email from Dave's wife - he's been in the hospital for 3 weeks. He's got some sort of infection in his heart, but cause & cure unknown at this point.

I just spoke to Dave on the phone. He's home from a three week stay in the hospital. He can explain in more detail but he got an infection that damaged some vital organs including his heart. Serious stuff. He's feeling better but please continue to keep him in your thoughts and prayers. I'm sure he'll pop up on here when he's feeling up to it.

Well ... it's me. Still feeling like I've been run through a set of forming dies backwards.

I hate hospitals.
Even though they "kicked" me out this past Friday - they got patients in the hallways due to the lack of rooms - I'm still on the mend.
Just getting out of bed still hurts.

So today is the first time of coming out to shop to use the computer.
It's the first time I've been on the board.

I was rushed to emergency over three weeks ago with some kind of "bug."
They "poured" enough "hi-test" antibiotics into me; I still glow in the dark.
It took over two weeks to track the "bug" - still not known - to my heart.

So ... it's kind of nice to be back.
Thanks to everyone for your kind wishes.

Denise, you are the one person who I have talked with, joked, and bought your auctioned
World Famous Chocolate Chip Cookies; and yet have never been able to be in the same place at the same time, to give you the big hug I owe you.
