Hello, I have tried this four times now this time I will not type so much. Just wanted to say hello. I am working on a 28 Model A coupe traditional car. Dropped axle( I think it might really be a Moredrop)w/split bones 46 brakes with 90 fin buicks, 8" Ford with buggie spring(Pete and Jake looking ladder bars for now, 36 trailing arms later), 54 241 Hemi ,muncie 4 speed w/Wilcap adapter, frame is Z'd and notched, body is channeled just enough. I have gathered alot of traditional parts I just need to throw them all together. Anyway just wanted to say hello and that I thing this is an awesome gathering of very interesting and talented car builders. I hope to visit with some of you soon, Thanks Mike
Welcome from Broken Arrow! I used to do a lot of contract work at the Uniroyal / Michelin plant there. Funny thing though, the guys there never did like to be called "Ard-*****s" ...........Just kiddin I second the pictures request.
Howdy from Enid. If you want to meet a bunch of H.A.M.B.ers might I suggest Joplin MO next weekend. And yes, pictures are good, nobody buys ******* for the articles. GV
Hey I found the build on choppermans 31 and my frame is identical to his. I have been trying to figure out who built my frame and it has to be a Johnsons Garage frame. Very nice work on these things. Jason if you are out there good job. I bought my pieces down in Lousiana but I think some of the stuff maybe just the body was in Missouri at one time. Anyway just trying to get a little history straightened out on my junk. Thanks guys for all the welcome comments and I will get some pictures on as soon as I can. Thanks, Mike
