Hey guys, mark your calendars for the following shows. Here are the dates. GRAND NATIONAL ROADSTER SHOW - Pomona Fairplex - Jan. 23-25 2009. SACRAMENTO AUTORAMA - Sacramento Cal Expo - Feb. 6-8 2009. PORTLAND ROD & CUSTOM SHOW - Portland expo center - Feb. 13-15 2009. SEATTLE ROADSTER SHOW - Qwest Field event center. Feb 27 - March 1 2009. Thanks, Axle
I like that they pushed out the SF and now new Santa Clara shows. Now the Grand National is the first of the year.
More info: The Suede palace at the GNRS will have a heating system and they will also tar the roof in order to fix all leaks. Thanks
I noticed PhatCaddy said the SF show got pushed out. I had no clue, so I searched the dates. If anyone is curious, here are the new dates: Feb. 20-22, 2009 I believe the show originally used to be the second weekend in Jan.
Will need traditional cars for all 4 shows mentioned above. Thanks. P.S. Phil, You're right, all this preparation and it will more than likely be sunny all weekend !
Applications being accepted. To see if your car or truck fits the bill send a photo or two: Shifters32@pacbell.net or simply PM me. Thanks
Looks like the SF show and the Tulsa show is the same weekend.....thats not smart by any standards....don't know which one to go to
What does either one have to do with the topic? But since you ask maybe its the fact that they are 1,700 miles apart ,and there's not a likelyhood of confliction?
well someone mentioned SF show date, and I was planning on doing as many as I can sorry for the interuption...did you mother not love you when you were little...LOL
Thanks Axle, We will for sure be in Pamona and are toying with the idea of heading up to the Portland show.
I went to Pomona for the first time last year...man I think that is the best show I have ever been to PERIOD....very good time!
for what I can see it doesn't look like the SF show will have a suede palace this year......correct me if I'm wrong plz.
No it doesn't look like it, so those of you that were wanting to show your cars make sure to sign up for the Sacramento Autorama - Suede Pavilion. Last years event was great. Bands,DJ's,vendors, and of course a house full of great traditional cars. Axle
Just got off the phone with Rick... there is no suede room at the SF Rod and Custom Show. Variety of reasons... but a big one was some participants from the suede room telling the head of operations at the Cow Palace to get fucked when asked not to BBQ outside or to stop carrying around whiskey bottles. Plus the cost of the extra rooms wasnt being offset by increased attendance.
