if you have young kids about to start driving, make them watch this

WOW what can I say? All high school kids should see this. heard on the news the engineer in Cal that ran a red light and crashed his train into the comuter train that killed a bunch of p***engers they said they think he was text messaging and didn't see the red warning light .What a tragedy! I think everyone getting a drivers licence should be required to walk through a auto wrecking yard to see what can result from bad drivers!

 

It was the engineer of the commuter train that ran the light and also a closed switch and put it on the same track as the freight. A spokesperson from Metrolink reported that right after the crash, she doesn't work for them today. The lawyers have gotten involved and the stories are changing. HMMMMM

 

I think the main point of this video, if you have a teen that is going to start driving,sit down with them,watch it,and explain to them if you do this and this and so on,these things can happen to you the same way. it should open a discussion. some parents are scared to tell their teens,that yes, you can die while driving. they sugar coat it. if you explain to a teen about how making a different decision,would have prevented these accidents, this information may save them down the line.

 

That'll put some kids in check real quick, givin they were raised right with morals.

Yep, Signal 30 made an impression. The other one they showed us was Death on the Highway. I still can see a couple of the crashes 45 years later. It was part of our school district curriculum in our junior year of high school that everyone took a semester of Driver's Ed and one semester of *** ed. That would have been about 80 hours on each subject. I think my daughters got about 12 hours including driving time in the Drivers Ed cl*** they took a few years back.
