Every time I try to click on a photo on your site, my browser closes.. Trying to look at what I think is a 39-40 Studebaker..
i dont care, im not looking, violent things should be done to the people crushing them. dont they know what the cars and parts are worth?... im not looking. **** that.
I got to see 'em must be a mac thing. Anyway, great find and you're not too far from me. I'll spread the word down here.
try using this link. All the photos on online at Picasa.com. Maybe I have too many in one album. http://picasaweb.google.com/VintageOzarks/ElDoradoSept16# I try to break it down into 4 smaller albums later tonight so check back tomorrow. Larry Henry
Get that hudson...damnit Seriously good stuff there. I wish I were closer I'd buy one or at least help drag them out. I bet if you went through the Wanted Cl***ifieds you could make some folks real happy and sell stuff before you even pull the parts.
The price of s**** metal is dropping... and did after the olympics. that should slow the rush to crush...
Susan fixed the links on the site so you can see the old cars and trucks easier. If your computer is strong enough, you can still see all of them in one shot.
Who the **** cares how much the guy stands to make off this stuff?! Why does it bother some people so much that a guy might actually make some money? Dammit I hate that. ***** ***** *****, wah wah wah, "somebody might be making some money off me! I should get it for freeeeeee!" Do you work for a living? Does your boss pay you for the job you do? If yes, that tells me your time and effort has a monetary value. Why shouldn't everyone else be the same way, whether they're selling parts and cars, putting on a car show, pushing a broom or crunching numbers at a desk? I hope some of these cars can be saved, or at least used for parts. I sure wouldn't mind finding a 354 Poly motor and giving a few hundred bucks for it and leaving the rest of the car. Wouldn't mind coming home with a flat head either. Wonder how much it'd be to drive from Atlanta? Is there a more detailed list, or more photos? -Brad
I'm with you brad54 you put that well. some buyers think we parts sellers are supposed to work for free. I'm sure glad ALL THE CAR BUILDERS AND PARTS BUYERS DON'T THINK THAT WAY. I crushed 150, 1980's - 1990's cars. saved the 1934 - 1977 stuff. worked my *** off. drug stuff to shows. bla bla bla. sold a lot of stuff , saved a lot of stuff. but in the long run it looks like i should of crushed 300 cars. all of them. that would of been no work. could of worked on my own projects, and would of had twice as much money.... but there is something about walking in my yard and looking at the rusting tin that money can't buy...cause if i sold it all ,i would be missing something, i wouldn't be whole. but the buyers do have to realise , i do need to make a profit, not a big one. but i don't work for free either. thanks for making a good point. just my 2 cents ,cadillac dave
