I'm bumed out about missing the Watson's show It's early, but lets see some pics please.Thanks,Richard.
No Kidding.. everyone must be worn out from having all the damn fun and listening to PUSHROD tear up the stage.
And at the show. Mick's Merk gets better every time I see it. Jamie and the Kustom Kings really do a great job with this show, and it keeps getting better. This is one of the funnest shows of the year for me. I really appreaciate all the work that goes into this deal.
Man.... That pic makes me want to get a coupe just so I can have a louvered decklid. Nice guys!! I couldn't make it out today....keep the pics coming!
http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=295725 My pics over here. I didn't realize there was already a thread!
Now thats cruising ! What a blast ! Thanks Kustom Kings for another great show and Slide for the pictures .
Slide, thanks for the pix... nice to see you and Luke today... I am so glad you sent me to the Hamb site...really appreciate them allowing me to cruise in with them in my ride, and all were so great to be around...If my bones were in better shape I would get a ride like there's... how neat they are.
All picsfrom behind, what you couldnt keep up?? lol I agree with everyone else, thats what its all about! Good work. Doc.
There was a THEM! supporter though...the Road Demons gave him a trophy! Some one represented for 'em! I am pretty sure that it was 'mynameisnotpete'...that ride was hard to walk away from, I came back to it about a dozen times!
Man I knew we should have hopped in the van and drove up from Houston. Someone posted that it was open for everything not just rods so we stayed home and cleaned up our mess from a week with no power
well 61 apache, you were sort of correct.. his name wasn't pete...........Pete was the passenger.. lol........both great guys... I tagged along a little behind.. did not want to ruin the Jalopy look..............what a cruise, watching those guys cruise down the hi-way for almost 80 miles..
It seems that 'mynamesnotpete' [ironically mine is] was standing next to me when I was taking pictures. I can't believe how many of his are exactly the same as mine. Anyway, as has been said before, great show and more importantly, great cause. We are very fortunate to be able to indulge our fantasies while many around us are struggling. It is good to know that at least one families burden will be lessened because we took a day off to play. I have seen this at several shows lately, but this was the first time with the hood closed. Had to come back to this one many times to get a snap without a crowd. Not so this one. Pushrod As an exBrit, I am always fascinated with what you do with our tin. This Spridget looks like a handfull. Thanks guys.
Guymon rules. Sorry again I couldn't make it up there, I really wanted to. Not sure about the rest of THEM but I know we all didn't mean to be no-shows! At least one of us has the excuse of being temporarily out of country, another permanently out of state...I guess everyone else's cars were broke! We'll see everyone next weekend in Irving though.
I have never seen that much ugly in one picture .If it wasnt for me and the kids making it pretty ,it would be hard for peolpe to look at it ...
