I'm looking to have a box shipped from Berlin, DE to Oakland, CA, the box is aprox 3'X5'X3' and contains a bicycle. Does anyone have any shipping connections to get this to me?

Fedex, UPS and DHL all have excellent international shipping programs!

I just shipped a bike from the US to Germany via FedEx. Cost was around $600 and took a couple of days.

Just posting now to put a tab on the post.

I work for a bicycle company here in Holland and travel regularly to the 'states.

Cheapest: find some US military in Germany - he can have it sent APO.

its probably too big for APO ,

German Post and DHL are partners and may give you a better deal,

or if you knew someone that was flying Berlin -SFO they could pay for extra oversize luggage

also you could find a shipping company , but the costs will still be high and then you will have to import it,

maybe ask on a biking board what they do when they do triatholans or bike races
