Another one in the books, and was the biggest Billetproof CA yet. The numbers and quality were up all the way around. The speical displays of vintage dirt track racers and travel trailers RULED !!! Those that won awards were truly deserving, from the Jive Bomber that overheated on the way to the winners circle and had to be pushed out because it had no reverse (the owner was stoked to get the trophy :D) to KIRK!'s amazing Best of Show Starliner.

Thank you to all that came either as a spectator or that brought a car. Ya'll make the show. All I do is open the doors, turn on the lights and turn on the music. Ya'll make it a show and a good time.

Thank you to the Swanx. Billetproof is blessed with the best host clubs in the business and the Swanx know their stuff. They are also a fun crew to work and hang out with. I couldnt do it without ya'll.

Thank you to all of the clubs that put in the time and effort to make trophies and come to the show with your cars. Ya'll are a very visible backbone to the hobby and make Billetproof a great show with your club displays and beautiful cars.

A special thanks to Yorgatron from the moral support when it was crucially needed. :D (PM me yer address and I'll send you a thank you)

Thanks to Keri and the rest of the Pinstripers who made a bitchin trophy and striped everything in sight.

Thanks to Sean for putting together the largest and best model car contest yet.

There were a few problems that we fixed from last year, and some new ones that we will address for next year. Each year presents new things to work on and I'll do my best to make sure nothing stands in the way of Billetproof being a first rate show that is easy to enjoy.

Last and certainly not least a HUGE thanks to my wife and my family for working their arses off helping support my crazy idea of playing with hot rods all day long.

Only 364 days until Billetproof CA 2009. Get out in the garage and start working on that project. :D

No, Thank you for putting on a killer show, The amount of cars that showed up was amazing, a few turds but what the hell. The weather was perfect. Dirty Penny "Rocked",that was cool, keep mixing up the entertainment like that, that was cool. Two days next year, you gotta do some burnout contests or a chop top build off. Persueders will be there next year for sure. Thank you and your family for busting ass!

I thought everyone did a great job this year. Everyone except the fuck-faces who did and/or encouraged the burnouts. What the fuck goes through people's heads?

It's hard to manage a show that size and have it run smoothly and with integrity. Way to go.

(Since my car was down,I hitched a ride with Yorgatron.)

All I wanna know is...who let the VW's in?
Now I like the 'dubs too, but,do they really belong at Billetproof?

As long as they fit the criteria. There's nothing in the rules about American made.

This was the best one yet and I had one of the worse days with an automobile in my whole life. Air line blows on the river road on the way down there, car slams to the ground and I almost end up in an orchard!!! I arrive alittle later than I wanted to, fire up the bbq and drink ALOT of cold beer with friends. Then when I go to leave I being filmed for the Billetproof video and I have a fire start due to a short in the wiring for my airbags. Rewire the whole system just inside the gate and finally made it home. Once home all I could talk about was the great time I had and how I've been able to watch the show get better each and every year. You have done an incredible job(KIRK! left some big shoes to fill) and I will be back every year.

Absolutley. And that goes for the dude around 10:00 am with the motorcycle he couldnt keep control of. Glad the stroller he ran into didnt have the kid sitting in it.

But guess what? IT WAS A GREAT SHOW AND A GREAT TIME. This was year three for me and it is nice to see so many people coming out from near and far.

I am curious to see what the plan is for making it a two day show.

Thank you to everyone that puts in time away from their personal lives and families to make things like this happen for the rest of us!

This was my first billetproof, but it wont be my last. The staff was the easiest to deal with of any show i have ever been to and it was by far the easiest to vend at. It was the most relaxed "big" show i have ever been to!

you can send me a T-shirt,3X size.

it's up to ALL OF US to make sure a few random dipshits don't ruin our favorite car shows.
