I'm looking for a cad drawing of a DANA 60 Differential Cover. I need to have a heavy flange cut on either a water jet or laser machine. I'm making a custom rear cover to attach a torque arm to. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

  2. If you can scan a gasket I'll draw one for you.

Save yourself the hassle of re-inventing the wheel.

You can buy a built cover that's bombproof, or get the kit. I'm sure that Dan would be happy to sell you a flange as well. Dig through their Dana 60 section, they make trusses and all kinds of neat brackets and stuff if you're wanting to build a 4 link.

You can also get beefy covers from Great Lakes Offroad, Ballistic Fabrication, Copperhead Fabrication, and others.

They're all built to take the abuse of rock crawling, and most are 1/4 - 3/8" steel, so attatching a torque arm should be no problem. I've hung hydraulic steering cylinders off of more than one to turn big tires.

    Hope this helps!
