Love those Black & White cars streamlined down to only the Important Details! How do you do that? Every time I try that style, I end up scrapping it as I overload it. Super Nice Work Guys!

No finished work to show this week, but here's a rough study I did of my next piece.....Riff Raff Race II. Cheers everyone!

 

Hope to have those ready in the next week or so. If all goes as planned they will be run w/ the red glitter ink!

Ubermustang - that study is gorgeous ... I can only imagine what the finished painting will look like.

 

A quickie I whipped up last night on some scrap plexi....

 

The space caddy is about 10 inches across and dude with only one eye is about 5 inches, its just cool to do something in 3D.

 

Killer stuff, Jeff = God love it. Sonny very very cool.


Here's a 10min (18min ooops) sketch for this week, then a little psd work. Need to work on my wheels. Fun though for a true first time hot rod drawing. Mostly I do charactors and animation.

Man some amazing work this week I hate to admit I havent been working on anything new except trying to learn dream weaver so I can redo my own website lol.


I did scan these two pages into the computer for my website it was a great layout of a great car...one of my favorite builders, and favorite cars that makes more donuts than dunkin donuts

 

Great artwork as usual. It seemed that friday would never get here. I was busy this week and got four paintings done. This is one I got done yesterday, so it is fresh off the drawing board (kitchen table).

Dankyd your artwork always blows me away.
Ubermustang, looks like that is headed towards another stellar painting.
Sonny, I love seeing the 3D sculptures they look great.
Pacheco, always a good eye for what should stay, and what should go.
Jeff N, always a fun feast for the eyes. I love looking over all the little bits.

Looking forward to what will be in the Friday show.

I just got some new supplies for doing more work in oils...we'll see how those work out again. Using acrylics makes me impatient with oils.
