AWESOME, Roth's car is pretty cool as well. Gidget can be in my Auto Shop class anytime!

My favorite from the series is "Gidget goes to Hell"! Real CLIFFhanger. Fantastic soundtrack.....

For the historical record didn't Roth buy Tweety Pie from the guy he did the pin striping for? I think that 26-27 T touring next to it was in a TV show as well, not Drag Net but another cop show about street racing.

Roth bought Tweedy Pie, mad small changes, and sold it for $2200.

Ok the guy Roth bought it from had a flathead and single headlamps, in the TV show it has a SBC with multie carb and the home made quad headlight set up so that denotes it as owned by Roth at the time of The TV show, And sorry Roth wasn't in the program but they do say "Rat Fink" on occasionally, :)

There was a newer Gidget TV series that didn't star Sally Fields. I'm guessing 70's maybe. Anyway on one of those weekly shows Ed is driving the '32ford Trike (painted a dark color) and some other rods were also in that episode.

I've looked for that DVD but I don't think it ever got put on DVD. Anyone else remember that show episode?
