I have a fatbar installed and am in process of installing a wide-ride. I have not had it on the road since so I can't comment on the ride. I will say installation on both ends, thus far has been quick and easy. And the parts are well engineered, solid, and made to fit the application. The wide-ride makes a mustang II look like tiny. Customer service is great, I have nothing bad to say about No Limit. Hope that helps.
I don't have the front finished yet, and the engine is still out so I can't comment. But the in the rear the framerails are 16 inches from the ground.
I used the fatbar kit from www.nolimit.net on my Dodge, it was very high quality and my truck rides great Highly recommend it
Anybody else have one of these kits installed. Trying to decide between No Limit and porter built. It's going on a 59 Apache and I don't intend to use air bags.
We put a NoLimit front end on Dads 54 F100 It is very nice. Very heavy duty. Uses Camaro spindles and 12 inch front brakes and makes a mustang II look like it came out of a KIA. Have not got it on the road yet but if it rides as good as it looks it will be awesome. Very easy to put in also, I would recommend it for sure.
