Will be in Toronto Oct 3-12 and am wondering if there are any HAMBERS there I could call as to where I might find 1952-54 Ford front fenders. If so please PM me off this add. Thanks.
I'd think you'd be better off shopping for that in Florida. You don't see stuff that old in good shape on this side of the border.
OUCH! If Toronto area HAMBERS have a pair sitting in their ba*****t or garage that they are never gonna use, please let me know. I did find a pair in Manitoba but they were 54 merc - which are different from Ford.
Hey, Rat, isn't Roblin's closed ... or closing ? I know Minaker's is gone, but I thought Roblin's was, too.
This guy might have what you're looking for. http://toronto.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehicles-cl***ic-cars-LIQUIDATEING-W0QQAdIdZ75913423 Flatman
Last I spoke to Roblins garage, the wet year stopped them from crushing because they couldn't get the crusher in there without it sinking into the ground. You would have to buy complete cars but they told me they were selling them for $250 a piece.
Lawrence Roblin is actually in Prince Edward County (Picton, Ontario). The reason he is crushing everything; everything which is left is junk, other than maybe a few stainless trim pieces....
