speedway hairpins

well i bought speedway hairpins a while ago and i wanted tierod ends to mount to the frame...they dont sell 5/8 tierods at speedway...they told me to run heim joints or those 4 bar mounts which i dont want to...so i asked around looking for 5/8 tierods rileys didnt even have them...i found the at socalspeedshop but they are stainless and 51 each which i think is crazy...so does anyone know which or if any cars came with 5/8 18 tierods or where to buy them...thanks

 

Check with a NAPA store. Look under TRUCK TIE ROD ENDS

 

Check NAPA. We got them there for our midgets.

 

I bought some last year. Sorry I don't have the part number. I think they are for a Chevy van. I got the part number on a HAMB thread, so maybe a search will dig it up.
