I just picked up this 52 International last week. It actually runs and drives. 220ci straight 6 with a 3 speed.

As you can see I had to get rid of the puke colored paint, so I rattle canned it with black primer. I'm not much of a fan of flat black paint jobs, but it will have to do for now.

My plans, in order of how I want to do them:
Rewire everything(something is messed up, 2 new batteries since I bought it. Volt meter says it's charging, but then it's dead when I go try to start it later. I'm not going to bother messing with it, just convert to 12v and move on.)

New carb setup. Currently has the stock 1bbl carb which I couldn't find a rebuild kit for, so I bought an adapter to put a 2bbl carb on. Now I just need to figure out the linkage.

New Bumpers, it's pretty obvious they're both nasty, especially the front.

New grille. It's pretty far gone. I need to come up with some good ideas on something custom for it. I don't want to put a stock one back on(if I could even find it)

Slam it. I want this thing damn near on the ground. Something I'm going to have to look into. I've never lowered a car with leaf springs all around. I believe I can get a dropped front axle, but where?

And over the winter months, I want to swap in a Caddy 331 and overdrive trans and possibly a new rear end.

Also, if anyone knows where I can find info/parts for this truck, please let me know. I haven't found too much yet. Though I've only had it for 5 days now.

  2. I think I have 2 back gl***es for that truck in my ba*****t. Yours look foggy at the bottoms.

Thanks, Send me a PM if you find them.

I'm not sure. That's a long ways away. I'll have to find a color that really catches my eye.

  11. If you don't find the windows, your local gl*** shop can use the old ones for patterns, probably only $20-$30.
