Was talking with the nephew the other day and he suggested that I check out the site. Lots of the board discussion reminds me of the early 60's when sparks were flying out of the garage with the older brother welding and facbricating parts for his hotrod (around a 30's coupe) with a flathead. The nef recently stated that it was a shame I sold my '52 Chev 1/2 ton pick-up over this past summer, but it was sitting for 33 years in storage. I did a 'mild' custom to it back for college in 1974 and it was cool at the time. Can you believe Goodyear N 50's were all the rage then. Here's a couple of recent pics after being pulled from 33 year nap: and a picture of the most recent ride: Well, thanks for reading this oldies intro and we'll see you on the boards. -Dr59Elky
Welcome, Unk! I never saw those pics of the truck! Looked good.... You should have reconsidered selling! -Corey (nef)
Welcome from Appleton. I've seen that elcamino at the local car shows and have always liked it....PAUL
