with a little bit of elbow grease and adjusting and a little tweaking it will be a pretty neat coupe

Also change the latches to a bear claw style if you honestly thinking about running suicide doors just my opinion though Model A latches just dont seem sufficent for suicide doors. Nice coupe little paint wouldnt hurt it.

Nice start on a hot rod. Can you tell me where you get the hats with the bill off to one side? All I can find is the ones with the bill in the middle...:D

Is this the "Tom Gunn's Guide to Fashion" Forum or a Hot Rod Forum? Why's everyone so fixated on the young man's hat?

That is a great start especially what the guy had it posted for on craigslist... Looking at the welds on that door I would be sure to check out the frame so you are safe. I am not one for pie cut frames but its your ride and welcome to the fun!Get it running good and legal cause the SINNERS are throwing a few bands for a local show on OCT 18th..its off 7th ave and Grand 1110 grand ave... Come check it out and hope to see some Hambers there...

    I thought 3:10 to Yuma was a western movie, 3' 10" from Yuma is apparently a hotrod:D.

Looks like you have a good start, and I'm sure he just caught his hat on the roof while getting out:rolleyes:.

Great start of a "REAL" car . For a young guy he can wear his hat anyway he wants because not to many young people that are into old cars . Kid your going down the right road . I wish my A was as far as that , the only thing I did was just take it apart . Have fun with it . Oh sorry about the Bo Yo thing, my stupid non mechanical 15 year old listens to stuff like that . He's nothin like his older brother that has a 68 big block chevelle .

That's funny... I looked at it in the parking lot of a car show when it was for sale before. It didn't have a price and the car was a little too scary for me, so I never tried to find out more info. Cool score...
