I just spoke to the auctioneer there will be all kinds of stuff there not listed on the site for sale. Including the original Flagman's stand from Flemington Speedway......

  7. Joe, you gotta stop putting this auction stuff on the hamb. Theirs a few people, not saying who, who just surf this website looking for deals. They scoop them up and bring the old stuff to a certain junk yard in jersey, where the average joe cant afford anything.

They got their last tip from the auction in frenchtown from here. Everyone that went, knows the deal. They took 15+ cars out, leaving the good guys up ****s creek.

I think that dual quads is a Plymouth Fury intake, and it has the oval air cleaners on it. That's a good piece.

Some other good stuff there too. Wouldn't mind a '54 Mercury or a '60 Caddy convertible. Something about those pictures makes me like this guy.

Hey guys I have no idea who the good guys are and who the bad guys are but why keep it a secret. The car hobby is all about having a good time with old cars. These cars are in much better shape than the auction in Rosemont last April + s**** metal prices are down the toilet now..........Come on out and have a good ol' time out in the woods of NJ. PS: the auction is posted on the www and in Old Cars Publications all anyone has to do is look...

hope everyone realizes this "stuff" owned by the same guy who owned the junk in rosemont, n.j. in the april auction - never took care of anything - the auctioneer is a good guy (and a vintage stock car restorer) - be prepared to be dissapointed with the condition of everything there!

These cars in particular were stored inside a pole barn. NOT left outside to rot like the cars in Rosemont.....

  21. That's the Franklin. Probably was a big all doors cut into a pickup.

Yes, they were stored in a pole barn, but it didnt mention the cars lived with goats and had inches of goat **** all over the cars. Some cars went as low as 200. The caddy convert. went for over somewhere over 2000 dont remember the exact price. The 61 chevy for 1850 and the 58 went for I think 1100.

Itook my Dad to the preview, too much rust and goat **** for me!The 32 frame's right side rail was bent in just in front of the k member and the front crosmember was rotted through and the horns were cut off.The pinion was either cut off or missing. We stopped at Joe's yard sale also.He has some nice stuff, just nothing I needed.

I dont remember exactly what the merc went for but I think it was somewhere between 1000 - 1500.

I really don't think many people would have heard about it through the hamb that didn't already hear about this auction. Most people search for auctions at auctionzip.com. I knew about this auction weeks before it was even posted on here. I really don't see the point on how you were not going to go just because it was on here when it was posted everywhere else on the internet, newspapers etc.
