Hey fellas I started to install a new wiring harness on my 54 chevy sdn,(strait six) if that helps. Im under the hood i got lost with these wires the sending oil, and Temp sending. I traced them to the motor and does are metal ... The choke I only use if it was electronic right? can anyone help...
Remley.... If you don't have sending units, then chances are, you have a oil pressure tube and a capillary tube for the temp sending. These are not wires unless you changed the gauges over to electronic. Should be no wires for those if original. How about a photo?
