Does anyone know anything about a Texas Mile event to be held in Goliad, TX on the weekend of October 6th? I found a website but there is a schedule for the event held in March posted but only a mention of the October date, no schedule. Just curious if this event went by the by and I'm looking at old, derelict website still floating on the airwaves.
Thanks for posting the website. If you check it you will verify what I reported, the schedule for the March meet is there, but not the one for October 6th. So, thanks, but I'm still at square 1.
Only 'vettes? If that's true then never mind. I only heard of this event recently and I was hoping there would be a good cross section of vehicles like were at the one pictured on here in North Carolina, or where ever back east.
According to the site the event is scheduled for Oct. 25-26. With a car over 324 and a bike over 240 I would call the cars "****" The event in NC is the Maxton Mile. The El Mirage dry lake meet is scheduled for Oct.25. If you are still curious go to scta-bni.org and ecta.com and get all the details.
