Gee ya' think? I personally don't do any business overseas without a holding company of some sort (i.e. escrow) that way the monies are always in place and every one's ass is covered. Just to many scam artists in the world to trust everybody. But givin this guys poor english I would say he is one of two things, a scam artist or a small fry. Either way he will only cause you headaches and grief. Stear clear, just my 2¢.
