saw a resto on one that was rolled in a race they are made like lawn furniture

I was at Porsche Oct 9th and it was not on display then....

But they keep changing the cars....

New museum opens next year so we can see all 400 cars !

Anyone got a photo of one of the Carerra ones, with the weird hardtop? You can't see behind you, but they look good.

 

The earlier Pan american carreras are the weird hardtop ones ,

the restored on is the first ever built , serial 001 I believe ,

It was found in Mexico and restored in the SF Valley / Los Angeles ,

its now in a museum in Florida
