Well I have Moderator under my name and quite a few people totally ignore my suggestions and guidance to them. Only after their stuff gets deleted does my PM envelope blink wondering what happened. Some days I feel (and look) like the late Rodney Dangerfield. I still have fun anyway ! Don't sweat the FNG / Newbie ***le kid. Just contribute quality instead of quanity. You presume that those who make such inquiries are 'kids' and need to be told twice. Obviously you have been at this longer than most and have earned a respectable status. I do question the 'quality' of those that use the forum to voice opinions and use profane language. Now that I have been educated, we can move on.
