I made some much needed changes, Put the new 7.50 16 Firestones on back to give it a bit more rake, changed over to my artillery wheels. I rebuilt the muncie M21 4 speed, my first one to open up, and it shifts great. Lucky there. New radiator cured the overheating issue and finally got my 3x2 setup working right. Lincoln front brakes, buick drums still not quite stopping like I think they can but otherwise it is a blast to drive! It rides a tad rough and the doors rattle, but i'm having so much fun I dont want to fiddle with it for a while. I think taking one more leaf out of the front and back may do the trick to soften the ride a bit. The kids have been piling in the rumbleseat for rides around the neighborhood, and the weather has been perfect, a much needed stress reliever for me! I've already put a couple hundred miles on it in the last two weeks.
Things to do, drop the grill just a tad more, figure out some hubcaps for the wheels, fix my rattling doors, then paint and a decent interior will be next, but I just want to drive it for a while. maybe a long while.

They will be eventually, but I may need to modify them for whatever hubcaps I can adapt, so it'll have to be primer until I can figure out what will fit. Thanks for the compliment.

looks good...I agree though on the manifold covers that those should go...don't fit with the theme at all but otherwise a great looking ride!

Yea I agree, but the manifolds need to be coated, they turned a wierd shade of pink and stuck out like a sore thumb. Those were on the shelf so on they went. Does the eastwood manifold paint hold up pretty well?
