    Hey Gang,
I posted an intro a few weeks back and just been reading ever since. I bought a big bunch of motorcycle parts a few months ago and have been selling those off. Included in this mess were these automotive speedometers. They have just been sitting on a shelf as I don't know what they are. How 'bout it guys. Help me I.D. these things.

  6. 1st is definetly a crosley ..i grow up in cincinnati ohio..talk about a lil car.....the second is a willys, probably from the willys overland era.maybe...emblem was a fancy w over an o interlocking...third , well i'll guess..but looking at the center, if it is pointed outwards, i'ld say it reminds me of my buddies 49?? ford buisnesmans coupe..but i'm guessin..man i hated when i didn't call shotgun in that thing..being short i got stuck in back alot..no seat, just a hard *** shelf.............4th , well i don't have a clue..had to be old or under motored....60 mph??top out??????maybe a late fiat lolololol..

  9. #2 is from the Cat-in-the-Hat-mobile... notice how the "subtle" stying cues are found throughout the vehicle...

O.K. Thanks for the help. I thought that I would update this with a little more info and see if it helps. I was hoping to get a little more specific with the I.D.'s maybe a year or specific make/model. I know, I'm asking alot, but who else can I turn too but the HAMB!

#1 is marked 589AT R3 or R8 its hard to read.
#2 is marked Stewart Warner and stamped 529BG N?
    #3 HAS NO MARKINGS
    #4 is stamped 589 AL M9

    Thanks again for the help

As said above the first one is Crosley, the Second one is Willys. The third looks like `49 Ford.
