Long shot...Looking for previous owner of my A

Trying to figure out as much as I can about my 1930-31 Model A pickup that I can. Last night while putting in a window I noticed a tag on the channel that had the following

Bonnie Chisholm
74 Dawson St
773-7141

4/28/86 or 80 not sure which

Tried the typical google/yahoo search, couldnt come up with anything. I have no clue what state even. I live in maine, bought it from a kid in NH who says he bought it from a guy in M***

If anyone has info it would be greatly appreciated
