discovered the HA/GR craze via a cl***ified ad on the H.A.M.B. Asked questions about them but never got any response. Stumbled on the HA/GR site/thread in the message board but CAN'T find it again. Looks interesting - nothing like that exists in the Northeast (as far as I know). Looking for help finding the site again - need build rules - have 3/4 of one now (and never realized it). Thanks
Thanks a bunch for the info. I sent an Email to erinmindy.com (his was the ad I saw) about these cars. I asked him - and now I'm asking you - if there is a possibility of a loosely connected national ***ociation for the older, just for fun kind of racing? Our small strip had to shut down due to an accident, some very minor injuries and a shyster lawyer. Need help with insurance. Maybe a national organization could help small tracks stay alive. We had 125+ cars for 6 or 8 events per year, lots of spectators, for just for fun racing. No trophies, money or points. Everyone had a smile. Maybe this HA/GR cl*** could ignite something to bring the fun back into racing without the tension and cost. Just a thought.
