Boy, that picture really brings back memories! It reminds me of a Willys pickup that raced at Niagara Dragway in the late 60's except that one was higher and was green. Maybe it was actually a sedan, in fact I think it may have been a Chevy, maybe '55. Oh, maybe that wasn't at Niagara, it may have been US 30 in York or Dragway 42 in Ohio--hey--it was the 60's!!!

Nice start, whether you decide to go early 60s style as described above, or make it look like a later (late 60s) car with the stance it has now. Lots of potential there.

Pushed the firewalll out toward the engine on the drivers side. I raised the seat 2 1/2 " and cut down the back of the seat and tucked it under the window. Lot of leg room for her.

 

May I see under your hood? Would like to see the firewall and radiator areas? Also I have this funning looking leaver that say's Wily's on it thanks to you I now know where it goes! Thanks 4 posting! Lon

 

Sorry to say the truck is put away for the season. We store it in a large warehouse. The other cars are all packed in and it is impossible to get to. I would be glad to answer any questions that you have but just can't get any pics till May 1st.

The lever is for the hood latch. Mine is br***. Not sure if all were but if so should polish up real nice

 

Cool Truck, a Willys looks Bad *** any style as long as you don't cut it up and put Mercedes Benz head lights in it. G***er style is the BADDEST though in my book.
