The show's going on all this weekend, they will probably be up later tonight or Sunday. I'm bummed man it rained this morning and it's supposed to rain all day today so the show was probably a bust...
i rode to salisbury and ate breakfast... just seemed fruitless to continue on as it was still raining at 930 am... p***ed one 'in progress' studebaker on I85 south in the rain... I do hope it clears off for those brave souls attending.... and I wanna see what I missed.
At 1 o'clock EST ... the weather channel reports Cloudy but no rain. Maybe the folks who are there can have a good time
I just got home from Charlotte. It was drizzling until about noon, then cloudy, then the sun came out as I was leaving. Attendance was way down as you would expect given the weather and the economy. Everything was on a much smaller scale, swap meet, number of cars, number of people. There were huge gaps in the infield. 'Just one question, where the hell was the HAMB meet and greet? I walked my *** off and never found it.
I just got back from the show. After 5 hours of walking around looking a stuff, my dogs are tired. This was my first Good Guy's show so I can't comment on the turnout. I didn't get there until around noon and it didn't rain any while I was there. My brother borrowed my camera. I'll try to upload some of the photos he took later tonight. The HAMB banner was over in the gr*** in turn 3 behind ******Knuckles car.
