Does anybody know anything about the 6 cylinder slingshot rail?...like what kind of motor it was or anything?

 

Rooman is an international superstar. I forgot he is also a HAMB'er. bobwop, I'm sure you were there. I just don't know a face from a handle. Sorry guys. A good time was has by all.

 

i gots to say it,"WHAT A GREAT PLACE FOR A SHOW"! saw some old friends,met some new ones, fms427 and wife were there in their crosley,2002p51,in their tub both cool cars in their own rite and really great people.also got to meet the world famous ,and very young and atractive hotrodladycrusr.what a sweetheart. look forward to both shows next year.if you haven't been,make plans to go now.what a rush. i just can't say enough about how much fun i have at this/these shows!bruce.

If you are talking about the injected one with the zoomies, running on nitro, it is a Ford. Lots of hand made parts and a real credit to the guys who built and run it.

And it's fast too. If I remember correctly, that thing did 170+ mph qualifying pass on Saturday!

All kidding aside, the show was excellent and My wife and I had a freat time. the setting is spectacular and the weather was about as good as it could be. Lots of trad hot rods and plenty to do and see.
