I am promoting this race myself at thunder valley raceway park in noble okla on november the 9th. It is a gambler style index race for pre 72 cars . looking for the texas jr. fuelers we hope, would love to have the texs outsiders as well if possible. the g***ers are certainly going to be there and we will a run on indexes of 9 , 10 , 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 seconds, heads up with a pro tree. winner takes all in each index group. looks to be a great day, i am still firming up a few things but it is on and i hope to see lots of old cars... put it on your calendar if you like close fun racing. all cars must p*** tech also.. see ya there I got confirmation on the jr fuelers ***oc bringing an 8 car field also so if you like 7 second front motored dragsters this is for you also a few old super stockers are said to be coming as well as the g***ers and hot rods in general, i will have parking for the street , hot rod guys as well ...
larry you need to gather up some of the tulsa guys and comeon over for this one.......looks to be fun ..
very good, i really want to see that car anyway, bring some buds , if i can make it a fun day i will do a two day next summer sometime i hope. i am gathering a few commercial sponsors for $$$ and looking at having plaues as well as money for winning rounds and working on many other items as well, shirts a good possibility... stay tuned. and thanks
well it is getting close and im looking forward to a good day of racing, any of you guys planning on coming for this deal, let me know,,,, we are getting a lot of emails etc about it so i hope it is gonna fly ... i have set up parking in the pits for the hot , street rod cars , as well as the race cars, and remember we do have test n tune if you dont want to compete but still want to run your car... see ya there sam swoodard4@cox.net

thats good news, i got an email today from mike and at lest 8 cars of the jr fuel bunch are coming ..and johnnie from ardmore and his grandsons jr fueler as well
well the frt page of okthunder.com of the race track is ours for the week i like it weather says 63 degrees and 5 mph s. wind.... hope to see a lot of you guys there
Would really like to make that race, but have a few of the Outsiders cars here and torn down now...our Red Ford is still in the trailer, but we are scheduled to race in Denton on Saturday with the "new" 67 Chevy II of Jim Conway and will try and take the Ford out on Sunday one last time this season for the Fun Ford deal in Denton also...ole Ford seems to be running good, last outing in Memphis it ran an easy 9.82@137.81.......looking for some 6.20s in Denton at the 1/8 mile........ need an a/g car for a match race sunday with the mustang alignjment special model A??? anyone? taylor and your willys?
spartacus will be there with a new bigger badder blower mtr, new alumj heads new magnesium blower etc first p*** on it sunday morning.... and it is an altered but they will line up together anyway im sure.... just wanting to race taylors willys a/g as he wanted to race a real g***er not our kind, ?? and davids model a is a nhra , bowling green, bakersfield etc a/g car and are you bringing your once a yr car out sunday ???
