How do you cross the beads with your beadroller without crushing thre other bead...Do you just hammer it back in ? Thanks Pat

This is absolutely amazing. I keep looking at these pics over and over again.

This might be a stupid question, but how did you make those parts so clean (EX: the engine mount) they look so symetrical and crisp, the curves are all very smooth and there doesn't appear to be any cut marks. I have to just use a side grinder and a drill. What the heck do you use?...

The straight cuts and the big radius curves on the Motormount are done with a Bandsaw,
the tight radius curves were pre cut with the Bandsaw ( jagged edges ) and cleaned up with a Angle Grinder.

 

Thanks, I've waiting for a band saw to turn up around here. That's just more motivation for me to get one.

That ****tersheild looks like is was made from only a few pieces. Looks like the curved panel you added to it also continues down through several bends ( all one piece shaped to fit?) looks like you had a lot of template making for that to turn out that well, great job.
