Does anyone here know where I can get a decent outdoor car cover for a '51 Coronet? Mine has some water leaks (old weatherstrip, etc.) and it's going to be a while before I can start working on the car (gotta finish some other projects first),then I'll have indoor storage for the car,but until then I want to keep it somewhat protected. I've seen car covers at the store but I don't think they'd fit the car properly.

They have the patterns to correctly fit a 1951 Coronet ... a bit pricey ... but it will properly protect your car from the elements ... while allowing it to "breathe".

We made the mistake of covering one of our '58 Chrysler 300 D coupes with a plastic (visqueen) tarp ... it did a great job keeping the rain out ... but during the sunny days created a "greenhouse" (which held in the moisture) ... in just one year, the car rusted from the inside out ... and moss was growing at the base of the back window.
