I pass by this property every day coming home from work. It's an abandoned house on about 2 acres. There's 2 older 1-ton trucks visible from the road. I decided to go snap some pics of the trucks after asking permission. There turned out to be more.....................................

The next door neighbor said a couple of years ago the city came and pulled about 30 cars out and junked them! This is all that's left. Tons of parts, frames, gas station equipment and who knows what else laying around half buried in the ground too! All of these are within a couple miles of my house and I live in a major metropolitan area! There's all kinds of stuff out there. Wish I had a bigger property!:(

There's a certain mentality of the people who leave stuff scattered all over the place to rot. Basically, you don't want them to breathe on you. Trust me, even medical doctors avoid them.

What would look good to me, is if the place were cleaned-up, and cattle allowed to graze again, after all the top-soil is decontaminated.

$200 for that Plymouth Suburban. Hell, I will give whoever bought it $400, right now, 100% return on their investment. Get that in the stock market.
