gasser rear shocks?? what do you use??

    starting a 64 nova gasser project, not sure what shocks to use on rear, air shocks, heavy duty shocks, what is most commonly used, using multi leaf springs, any help appriciated.....

    Mines a ladder bar with a upper wishbone using Koni Coil Overs. Was built that way in 1969, still works great.

    Not Air Shocks!! They made/make Shocks for drag racing. They have different ratios ,,for weight transfer and such things.. Cure Ride use to make em back in the day,think Hurst made some too. With coil springs some used bags ,,but not sure how that whole set up worked. If you are building to actually race,,weight transfer is something to look into. These are 90/10 shocks

    The 90/10 shock works so that the shock allows the front end of the car to come up quickly when you accelerate but it will not let it come back down that easy.

    street car, I found a shock with a spring over for a chevy II???

    They used these too but I have no idea how they actually worked.
