Olds caps on 53 Chevy

So, I did a search and didn't find the answer I'm looking for.

If I remove the stock clips from the center of my 53 Chevy wheels... Will a 50-53 Olds full cap fit and stay on? Or does anyone know any tricks to make this work on these wheels? Maybe the wheels are too shallow as well.

I have a set of these for my '53 with bullet centers that I am macashing all of the dent out of right now and cleaning up. I guess I should have checked to see if they fit first
