Scottsdale AZ early Roll Call - whos going?

I will be there Saturday and Sunday. After a near two year hiatus I finally got my truck back on the road. It's the same one in my avatar only the fenders are bare metal right now. Stop by and say hi. I will also be attending Industrial Ch***is' open house, never been disappointed going to that!

 

Finally almost here.........meeting a friend north of Tucson early AM..........and taking the back roads up..........should be fun.........relaxing, rather than beating up the Interstate..........see ya there!

 

Be sure you come by the booth at the AZ Good Guys this weekend - I will be playing the DVD on a nice screen. This way you can see the quality is much better than what you see on Youtube!

Not sure what building I will be in but we will have all the different hot rod movies as well as some ***orted Rat Fink merchandise - stickers, patches, etc (sorry no shirts - I could not afford to ship that much stuff to the show this time)

Also - come by and tell me what is going on Friday night - I think Industrial Ch***is is the place to be on Sat night right?

I am bringing my Model A.....it has a lot of loose ends and unfinished bits....but Im bringing it anyway.

 

I broke the cam in on my Edsel this morning. I just need to hook the linkage up to the pedal, get the brakes working, and figure out the shifter (Electronic Teletouch).

Also gotta color sand and buff the 67 Biscayne I'm going to bring as well. It's black with red leather. Been an 8 year project, Finally just about done with it.

Come to the swap meet and look for my 56 wagon and say hello. Will have about 1600 old magazines, 500 old ads, antique auto toys and memorabilia, parts, and more....... Need to sell to get money for disc brake set up.

Pops is leaving Tucson 8-9 am heading out on the I-10 in a black model A coupe on 32 rails with black wheels and tires split wishbone set up. Going to met him at the show on Friday.

Can't get up there until Sat. Bringing a buddy that has never been to a big show. Got him addicted..just finishing his 55Chev small window..

I'll be running chase in my DD..RED 2dr Tahoe..in case someone needs anything on the road. Bringing some tools..tow rope..water..oil..etc.

hey, I've never been to this GGs event before, loved the ones in Bakersfield though.
For those who have been to this event all 3 days... which is the best day to go? I would guess that Sat is? If I went Friday instead, is it as good or not?

Just got home... the show was good... I was entry #2209 at 10am this morning, so I'm guessing 2500 cars today? The weather was our typical beautiful fall 78 degrees... the damn "Hooligans' Corner" (tm) was packed so I had to park with the unwashed m***es. I picked up some nice '34 CA plates for 20 bucks a piece and had a great day.

'Bout time to head to ElPolacko's place! ****! It's beer-thirty-five!
