Sacramento machine shops

I'm looking for a machine shop in Sacramento.
I need some timeserts put into the ends of an aluminum tube about 12" long and about 3/4" in diameter. It's a transmission support for a BMW motorcycle and the existing threads are bunged up. I even have the timeserts but all I've got are hand tools and I don't believe I can get things square and centered with them. Thanks for any recommendations.
