32 Delivery?

Found this pic at the flea market today looks like a 32 delivery shop truck, the club plaque says Isle Rods and has an island with a palm tree, cant make out the city.

 

Well, looks like you're gonna be up all night dialing that phone number in every area code til you find it...but you're already falling behind 187 HAMBers who already started...

 

I figured it out , its Alameda CA , Alameda is an island next to Oakland.
