Help identify this part?

I found this near an old frame in my woods, looks like some other stuff came from an early 30s chevy? Wondering what this is? Maybe part of the window mechanism? any help is appreciated. Thanks!

 

bonifide widget used in all high school / college business cl*** manufacturing /inventory scenarios ... just a bit rusty,,,

 

Could be part of a window regulator, or maybe a religious symbol.

 

It, in fact, does appear to be part/most of an early window regulator - not a Ford part but could be almost any other mfr's piece.

I like the idea of a religious symbol that is adjustable like like that...Kind of implies a bit of tolerance and flexibility. Maybe lead to world peace...

 

Maybe I should send this to the UN hehehe WOW to think this odd part found in my woods could lead to world peace just imagine...
