Here is what it comes with and everything in the pic. 1930 Model A 2dr sedan, with '57 Ford 9" rear end, set of '61 Buick brake drums and '51 Ford flathead motor (stuck, complete). I think I can get it all for $1500.

Looks to be a good buy. Judging by what we have in New England, that would be a good price, [just my opinion]Tom.

  5. That body has some problems. Don't buy if its not what you really want. If it is what you want, 1500 might be ok.

Whats going on with the cowl ?? I'd say 1500 is alright, but if that damage is pretty bad maybe a few hundred lower ?

Not a bad price, you can't get much for $1500 even in Model A. Does a clear ***le come with it?
I agree with 4-13 don't buy it unless you really want an A sedan.
Looks as though the front half of the car was buried or submerged halfway up to the beltline. If that's the case, look at the inner cowl A post doors for heavy rust.

It's worth $1500, but you are always better off buying the most solid car you can afford. This one will be quite a bit of effort, others will cost more.

Drip rails are hard to find. The picture shows they are missing. Hope you'll get them in the price. Cowl panels are repop items.

$1500 is OK if you can do the work yourself. What diameter are the wires? 4 16" wires are worth $120 of they are useable.

The wheels look to be 16" 1935,worth $250 to $400 depending on condition. The body is going to take a lot of work especially around the cowl and sub frame. It is probably worth the asking price but you will put a lot of time and money in it for it to be rally nice.

if the body is fairly solid it looks like a good score , would make a fun ride , buy it and start building ,

I think it entirely depends on how much work you are able (or willing) to do yourself. Other than that it's $$$

  17. $1500 looks like a decent price. If thats what you want buy it. There is a plenty of people out there who would. Just think what kind of Model A coupe you would get for $1500. Trust me my friend has one for $1600-pretty damn rough, no frame, no ***le, no decklid, and I'm sure I'm leaving some details out.
