What the hell, the place is on fire AGAIN!!! Obviously if you are online and reading this you are O.K., but man I hope all is safe!! I didn't get to hear the whole news report, but it looks bad down there...Be safe!! Whish there was something I could do??

  2. Not too far from my pad, but far enough to not worry about. I was driving home from Bobs Big Boy last night about midnight and saw huge flames and smoke in the hills. This morning, the smoke cloud is giant. Some homes are gone for sure.

I smell alot of smoke right now. I'm not in harms way but had 2 friends that had to evacuate this morning. Luckily both of their houses are alright. Good luck to all you guys. I can lend a hand if anyone in the area needs it.

I'm across the street from Bad Bob we are still here, lots of smoke and ash, no worries yet, we do have our important stuff in the car and ready. Talked to Bobs wife it's a little scary, Bob's at work, keeping an eye out everyone's fine at the moment. Will keep things posted.

I've seen on TV all the terrible news that's happening here in So Cal. It's devastating, and feel really bad for all that's effected. I'm up here in Hesperia (The High Desert before Apple Valley & 15 Fwy) and I'm not affected at all. Almost no winds today or yesterday. I don't even see the smoke. If anybody wants to bring there hot rod up here to be safe, your welcome. I have a full Archer of land, and a lots of room. It's like we're in a different world up here.

I talked to bob this morning when the fire broke out. He didn't know anything about it and thought I was messing around, but it's about 1.5 miles from his house. He's fine the last time I talked to him he had a hard time trying to get home. The Yorba Linda fire is located behind the Village Idiots meet.

I was at the Early Ford store this morning. Going up, no fire on the 57 freeway. An hour later, this had just started. Photos taken while driving on the freeway. Flames were about 100 yards off the edge of the road at one point.

If anybody needs a spot to store stuff, call me. (714) 615-6080. I have room inside of the shop and plenty of fenced parking. Shop is in Santa Ana.

Plenty of yard space in the O.C. boonies if needed, 10 miles from Orange and away from the fires - PM me if I can help. It burned onto my property last year but I've got good clearance. I know of many collector cars and rods in Yorba Linda. I hope they all get out.

It is just horrible in Yorba Linda and Anaheim Hills and going to get worse as the winds are up again. My thoughts and prayers are with all those affected, the Emergency Workers and all who are pulling together to fight this disaster.

  30. yea it ****s, like a 1-2 punch with last years fires. neither one was close to me, hope everyone is ok. last year we lost a pump station and i had to repair some equipment in the field (i work for a water district).
