There were two body styles in 47 early and late. I have one of the later ones in my yard.:)

The Dodge Ram and Volkswagen Toureg/Porsche both have 18 and 20 inch Steelies, I'm sure theres a few others out there that do to. Not sure how I feel about them on an old truck but I'll give you a thumbs up for being different. I actually like the shortened bed.

    i like the wheels,,because,,,

...it reminds me of an artist illustration,,,the wheels fit the truck as if it was drawn that way..

ok,,,late model chevy trucks are 6 lug,,,just spill the beans,,,what did those rims come off that are 20 inch with 5 on 4 3/4??

    I have a '54 that's done more 'traditionally'...
So take me comments for what you think they are worth.
I like the truck, but the shortened box really hurts the overall look.
    The wheel choice ****s.
    It's like it's a half-hearted tire/wheel combo.
Not quite old style, not really sure about it being newer style...
    It's confused.

Paint it red like the interior and I am sure the Dubs people will be in contact with you.

Actually it looks like a great ride, do it the way you like. Is it useable on a daily basis? or do those rubber bands ride like ****?

The wheels are spares from a Dodge Ram. The S-10 was a short bed. Just wanted to try somthing different, I have a few traditional cars already.
