Seat belts?

    Anyone make a nice vintage looking 3 point seat belt? I'm thinking chrome,not plastic looking,for a kustom truck.Must be 3 point,not lapbelts

    you could make em out of leather to look like WWII aircraft harness not too difficult.

    Juliano's has been advertising a 3-point with a chrome lift latch in all the publications lately. I believe they're in the neighborhood of $130-150 each. I couldn't find a pic on their website.

    There's a guy on Ebay that makes great looking ones. Lots of military-looking belts too!

    I think I found him by searching Vintage Seatbelts.

    I went with these in my truck and am very happy with them.

    No plastic parts whatsover. I got the non retractable shoulder belts, it cost less than 100 bucks for a pair.

    you guys are lucky over there, i am in australia, i want chrome lift latch non retractable 3 point but here in aust it needs the austrlaian safety standards logo on it.

    Not the greatest example, but these looked great in my TR6... they also looked great in a friend's kustom pickup with the emblem replaced with something else. I forgot what he replaced it with. If you like 'em you can probably find a set cheaper and in much better shape on a British car site.

  16. Swap out the new (or original) belts after rego.

    The advantage of having an American car is that they come with American belts.....;)........even if I change my mind on the colour later on!
