Yes, but I assumed it was the terrible connections I've been getting since we switched to that digital phone service from the cable company. There's a ton of noise in the line most of the time, I'm lucky if I can get a 16.8 Kbps connection - at least with the old analog lines I could get 33.8-38.8 pretty regular. Of course the tech they sent back out to fix the issues with the install, they send a guy not trained on the phone service... so it's a couple more days before that gets done...
