hello, found the board while i was looking for some modified model t pics via google. Im 25 have been into hot rods since my dad drug home a 54 f100 when i was like 12 when i was 19 i got my first old ride a 53 pontiac it was a real beater but it ran and i loved it. (ill see if i can dig up some pics of it later.) ive since sold it.. well thats about all i got to say other than great message board and seems like the people here really know there stuff noble
im working on getting a T right now im tooling around in a 79 elcamino gathering parts for a T slowly but..every lil bit helps i guess right now i got a bmw independent rear i got from a buddy for free ..so i gues thats a score and i have a turbo 400 trans .. and like 3 305 blocks and a 350.. yeah yeah i know i just cant afford a flathead right now i will probly go with an inline 6 250-292 or such so its a bit more correct since i want a modified ive also got a old kit car body..cobra daytona ..but thats for later when i can afford to do it the way i want.. but eh something to just cruise in is all im working on getting together now ..
Hey Noble! Welcome to the Hamb. Model T's are the up and comming thing,I guess the oldtimers are p***ing on, and people are ******ing them up. They are not as desireable(yet) as a model A or later models,so they are still aFORDable. You'll be treated like family around here(in a good way I hope) Glenn
