To answer some, yes it is a big motor it is approximately 5 foot long and approximately 40 inches high, however this was not appropriate so I removed the oil pump and winged the sump, it now runs an external oil pump that way it sits at the right height. The orginal weight of the motor was 1485lb dry. Im not sure miles per gallon, however I do know with the gearing it will travel at 34 mile per hour every 1000rpm.

  16. Them's fightin' words! ;)

You're right though, the Kiwis do some very cool stuff.

The coolest though, is Kiwi Kev, but he's almost a Yank now. He's just waiting for the operation.

Spot on reply Kev, man that coupe is some kinda beast. Dude you are churning out a lot of stuff at your shop, how did you find time to build this baby? Thanx for sharing, it is awesome. And we welcome you to the Jalopy Journal from the heartland of Nebraska. Anybody named Elvis is cool in my book. ~Sololobo~

I really like it. The only thing I think that would make it look a little cooler would be to lengthen the 4 bars so that they are closer to the cowl like a "normal" coupe, but tha's it!

What colour are you planning for paint?

well done elvis......alot of "twin engined" or big cube motors in rods, to me, look too long and out of proportion..but not yours...I read somewhere you had this build going on a while back...nice to finally see it...great build......Bert
