Can you ID this truck? Aerosmith Pump Album Cover

I am interested in old one ton and larger trucks from the 30's and 40's. I have been trying to figure out for quite some time now what truck is in this pictue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Darren.

I don't even have to see the pictures to remember that was like two nearly identical Internationals on top of each other. +3 or 4 or however many were ahead of me.

I loved that album cover as a kid, I always wondered the same thing. Brings back some memories.
